We are located at the first floor of Axim Road Co – operative Credit Union (ARCCU) Building, Lorna Avenue with GPS Ws – 291- 9403, Takoradi Western Region. We are a sustainable agricultural and environmental conservation company specializing in planting, nurturing and harvesting of Rubber Plantations (Latex) on behalf of customers. The rubber tree is a soft wood with high branching limbs and a large area of bark. The latex (a sticky, milky and white colloid drawn from incisions at the back and collecting the fluid in cups in a process called tapping) is used in the modern processing of rubber having about 70% of natural latex used in tires. Other products made include mattresses, rubber gloves, rubber bands, animal mats, trash cans, bottle openers, rubber chairs, flower pots, shoe soles, hot water bottles, balloons, rubber boots, conveyor belts etc Due to the population rise in the country coupled with increased in educational institutions and urbanization, the demand for raw and processed rubber products have increased for export over the past decade. A lot of finished rubber products are then imported from various parts of the world to be sold for homes, industries, Schools, Hospitals, Bus stations and religious/ festive gatherings.

Products And Services
  • This project intends establishing many more rubber plantations aside what have started over the past six (6) years ago in conjunction with institutions, individuals, organizations and groups or societies. Planting rubber trees are expensive taking into account of land acquisition, removal of slightly wooded lots, purchasing grafted nursed seedlings, fertilizer application, weeding and other activities for a period of six (6) years till it reaches maturity stage. Unknowingly on some people who wish to farm, some lands have conflict on them. These behaviors of some leaders in our society discourages people engaging in rubber tree farming and farming in general. Land sizes given out as lease are always in large acres which makes it difficult for individuals to purchase. Others get frustrated in planting rubber trees due to the distance of the farm land and so may not have much time nurturing them. Again due to financial constraints, some large rubber tree plantations are left unattended to for a long period of time and so may have stunted the growth. Example is failure to weed and continuous application of fertilizer on time. In the light of these problems, CENTENARY RUBBER LIMITED COMPANY uses new marketing idea that encourages the populace to indirectly plant rubber trees at a lower cost and save time. This idea has helped so many people and that is why we encourage others to join.
